About us

Operated by VINCI Airports, Aéroports de Lyon oversees the operation of Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport for commercial aviation, and Lyon-Bron, France's 3rd largest airport for business aviation.

The leading airport in the VINCI Airports network in France, with 10 million passengers by 2023, Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport offers 120 direct destinations by 2024, and is connected to the main international hubs.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport offers recent infrastructure, operational excellence for airlines and an innovation strategy focused on a high-quality passenger experience (center of excellence in the VINCI Airports network).

Certified Level 4+ by ACA (Airport Carbon Accreditation), ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is developing in total control of its environmental impact.

In line with VINCI Airports' ambitions in this area, Aéroports de Lyon has worked hard in recent years to achieve equal pay for men and women, with the aim of reaching a balance by 2022.

Among the actions launched:

  • Establishment of indicators to monitor compensation balance and criteria for male/female executive transfers
  • Increase in the number of employees returning from maternity leave to improve compatibility between family life and professional career
  • Creation in 2023 of the A.D'.ELLES Group, made up of 12 women from the company, whose mission is to address strategic issues for the company and propose concrete actions to the Executive Committee.

Stop harcèlement

We are committed to preventing sexual harassment and gender-based violence

  • In addition to the legal texts, a specific procedure will be included in the company's internal regulations, providing information on the reporting procedure to be followed by a victim or witness, as well as telephone numbers for victim support.
  • Appointment of two “harassment” referents responsible for informing, raising awareness, guiding employees, and conducting investigations in the event of a report.
  • Harassment prevention training offered to employees.
